Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Charles Hurst Seat/Cupra/BYD

OTE up to £42,600 (including £34,000 basic + £6,600 bonus potential)

Flexible hours available including 4 day working week. Monday–Thursday 8:15–5pm, Friday 8:30–4pm, Saturday 9–1pm (1 in 4)

You’ll join a supportive team, work with the latest tech, and have access to manufacturer‑accredited training , Hybrid & Electric development , and clear routes into Senior , Diagnostic and Master Technician levels.

Vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic tech

Servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards

Completing authorised repairs with accuracy and care

Warranty repairs with correct documentation

Road testing vehicles to confirm repairs
