This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership: a seasoned Federal program manager who gets ahead of problems before they become issues, keeps operations running without interruption, and builds the kind of consistent, high-quality delivery that turns a single task order into a lasting partnership across the full scope of the BPA.
