Your Responsibilities

Build full-stack applications using modern technologies (frontend, backend, APIs)

Work on real client projects across a variety of industries

Collaborate with engineers through pair programming and AI-assisted development

Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to:

Generate and refine code

Debug and iterate faster

Explore alternative technical approaches

Design and build agentic workflows where AI systems:

Execute multi-step tasks

Interact with APIs and external tools

Support product functionality and internal workflows

Integrate LLM-powered features such as:

Intelligent assistants

Automated workflows

Context-aware user experiences

Contribute to the design of scalable, maintainable systems that combine traditional software engineering with AI-driven logic and orchestration

Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
