We are seeking a reliable and proactive Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a utility provider facility in Pewaukee, WI. In this role, you will lead a small, dedicated team of 4 to 5 security personnel to protect critical infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations
Direct and help supervise a team of 4–5 security officers.
Conduct daily briefings, training, and ongoing performance evaluations.
Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Titan Security Group and the client’s designated facility managers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for site security management and emergency response.
Ensure full alignment with both contract scope requirements and client-specific post orders.
Facility Protection & Access Control
Monitor access control systems, visitor management, and CCTV feeds.
Perform and assign routine perimeter patrols to secure site assets and critical infrastructure.
Enforce utility safety protocols, security policies, and emergency action plans.
Incident Response & Reporting
Lead initial response to security incidents, safety hazards, or system alarms.
Investigate occurrences and prepare clear, detailed incident reports in a timely manner.
Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal stakeholders as needed.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in physical security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Experience in utilities, critical infrastructure, or industrial settings preferred.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or coursework in Criminal Justice or Security Management is a plus.
Certifications: Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License required in good standing. Active Wisconsin Private Security License Required.
Skills: Strong communication, conflict de-escalation, and leadership abilities. Comfortable using basic security software, access control technology, and MS Office.
Physical Requirements: Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and perform indoor/outdoor patrols in varying Wisconsin weather conditions.
