We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

The Basics

Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

How You'll Make an Impact

Collect, compile, and maintain statistical quality data to support quality initiatives.

Prepare quality reports, performance improvement documentation, and maintain employee quality records.

Support compliance with quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Prepare, submit, and review technician validation samples and coordinate third-party laboratory testing.

Track compounding equipment calibration, maintenance, and documentation to ensure operational readiness.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred.

Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician registration required.

1–2 years of experience in a quality, laboratory, pharmacy, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic database systems.

Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
