Marketing Manager

Reports to: Vice President of Marketing and Alliances

Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site. Percentage of travel, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies. This resource must be willing and able to travel as required by the customer project.

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and driven Marketing Manager to support brand awareness, demand generation, partner marketing, digital campaigns, events, and marketing operations across the Oracle and Salesforce ecosystems.

This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution in a fast-paced consulting environment. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and content development skills with analytical thinking, curiosity around AI and emerging technologies, and the ability to turn insights into action that improves marketing performance and business impact.

This position requires a highly organized, self-motivated professional who can work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively across leadership, sales, consultants, and partner teams

Content, Campaigns & Brand Management

Create and manage marketing content including social media, email campaigns, blogs, webinars, customer stories, presentations, and event materials

Design graphics and digital assets using Canva, AI-powered tools, or similar platforms

Support demand generation initiatives through multi-channel marketing campaigns and targeted messaging

Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and positioning across all marketing initiatives

Research industry trends and develop relevant thought leadership content

Digital Marketing, Analytics & AI Innovation

Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead activity, and ROI to improve execution and marketing effectiveness

Support lead tracking, reporting, and marketing operations processes

Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve content creation, personalization, efficiency, and campaign performance

Continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights

Partner & Event Marketing

Collaborate with Oracle, Salesforce, and partner alliance teams on joint campaigns and co-marketing initiatives

Support planning and execution of webinars, conferences, executive events, and partner programs

Assist with event logistics, attendee communications, campaign promotion, and post-event follow-up

Coordinate event materials including signage, booth assets, presentations, and promotional items

Assist on-site at events as needed to support execution and attendee experience

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

3–5+ years of marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, consulting, or professional services environments

Experience supporting digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and event marketing initiatives

Strong writing, editing, communication, and storytelling skills

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting

Familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, or enterprise technology ecosystems is a plus

Technical Skills

Experience with

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot

CRM and lead tracking platforms

Canva, AI-powered content/design tools, and social media platforms

Project management tools such as Smart Sheet or similar platforms

Reporting dashboards or analytics tools is a plus
