Position Overview

Oak Hill Advisors L.P. is seeking an Analyst to join its Investor Reporting team located in Fort Worth, Texas. The function

is responsible for analyzing large amounts of financial data for investor reporting, portfolio attribution, risk and

performance reporting for investment funds managed by the firm. The Analyst will be highly focused on accuracy and

process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

Liaise and collaborate with Client Coverage, Client Accounting, Trading, Legal, and Compliance in responding to

investor inquiries and feedback

Support Client Coverage and Marketing groups

Review investor reporting packages

Work with regulatory reporting issues and filings

Assist with onboarding new clients and manage existing reporting relationships

Set up, review, and distribute investor reporting within the firm’s CRM system

Utilize Microsoft’s Excel tools including Power Query to build reporting and investor presentations

Identify and seek to resolve data discrepancies

Create and manage Capital Calls, Distribution Notices, Monthly Reporting, and Statements

Review of new LPA’s / IMA’s in order to assist with onboardings

Independently manage projects from beginning to end

Assist with the management of the team’s distribution software program and distribution of external reporting

In-Office Requirement: Employees are required to follow the in-office work schedule. Currently, OHA’s Investor Reporting

team in Fort Worth follows a hybrid model where employees work in-office Tuesday through Thursday. Employees have

the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule is subject to change based on organizational needs

and policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting related roles or equivalent coursework

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus

Expert level Microsoft Excel skills including modeling, array functions, pivot tables

Excellent verbal and written skills including editing

Demonstrated analytics, critical thinking and problem solving skills to achieve results

Proficient in MS Office and Adobe

Working knowledge of VBA, SQL and/or Microsoft Power Query is a plus

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple work efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done

Attention to detail and well organized

Ability to think independently and adapt to change
