Lead Consultant (Fusion Service)

Job Summary: Apex IT India is looking for a Management Consultant in Oracle CX space, willing to contribute and manage challenging tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities

Experience: 5+ Years

Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Service Cloud modules.

Customize Service processes using Application Composer and Redwood UI.

Develop and maintain Groovy scripts, page customizations, and business rules.

Configure Knowledge Management, Service Requests, Work Queues, and Case Management.

Design and develop OTBI/BIP reports and dashboards.

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Support testing, deployments, and post-production activities.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Service Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Application Composer, Groovy, and Redwood UI.

Knowledge of OTBI/BIP Reports.

Experience with Oracle Fusion Security and Roles.

Good understanding of Service Request lifecycle and business processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Position Type and expected hours of work: Full Time/Permanent and 40 hours per week

Required Education and Experience: Any Graduate. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud.
