Join us on the College Relations Team as a Talent Advisor, Internships and help us grow our firm.

This position will be located in Charlotte, NC and will be in office at least 3 days a week.

What You’ll Do

As a College Relations Talent Advisor specializing in Internships, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our talent strategy by:

Leading full-cycle recruitment for our emerging talent internship program across all Amwins divisions, from sourcing to offer acceptance

Building strong partnerships with hiring leaders and the human resources teams to understand business needs and provide consultative guidance

Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channels

Conducting candidate phone screens and assessments to identify the best fit for Amwins

Maintaining accurate and timely candidate data in our applicant tracking system

Representing Amwins at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting activities, requires 25% travel

Serving as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up

Promoting Amwins’ vision, culture, and values to candidates and external partners

Collaborating on recruiting projects, process improvements, and data-driven initiatives

Staying informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our recruiting approach

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings

At least one year of recruiting experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to take initiative and drive results

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems

Passion for connecting with people and fostering collaboration

Dedication to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
