As an Inventory Management Specialist , you'll help keep our manufacturing operation running efficiently by ensuring materials are received, managed, and delivered accurately to support production.

When will you work?

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

What you'll do

Receive, inspect, and process incoming raw materials and inventory.

Maintain accurate inventory records and complete ERP inventory transactions.

Support inventory control processes and established inventory management procedures.

Perform light-to-medium material handling, moving products and components throughout the facility as needed.

Conduct cycle counts and help ensure inventory accuracy.

Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material variances while supporting KPI tracking and continuous improvement efforts.

Process rejected materials and maintain required documentation.

Issue materials to production and process material returns.

Notify the Quality team upon receipt of cGMP-regulated shipments.

Lead material sanitization activities within controlled manufacturing areas.

Support annual physical inventories.

Assist with additional departmental responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Build strong working relationships across Production, Quality, and Operations teams.

Demonstrate flexibility while managing changing priorities in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What you've done

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge of cGMP regulations and standards.

Experience processing materials within an ERP system.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency with inventory management and shipping software.

APICS/CPIM certification is highly desired.

DOT HazMat training is a plus.

Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed.
