The Basics
Location: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Please note: shift availability may vary.
Compensation: $18.75/hour

How You’ll Make an Impact
Package compounded medications into final containers under pharmacist supervision
Support production by preparing trays, sleeves, and labels
Set up and break down packaging equipment
Operate production equipment and assist with medication mixing
Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality control procedures
Work on your feet in a fast-paced, team-focused production environment
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
Willing to obtain NJ Pharmacy Technician License (we will train you)
Experience in manufacturing, production, or compounding preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow formulas, procedures, and batch instructions
Comfortable working with chemicals used in compounding
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to stay focused in a production environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and work in a lab/production setting
