Strategic Implementation Consultant - Benelux Market

Lightspeed is looking for a Strategic Implementation Consultant to help high-value hospitality clients in the Benelux successfully implement our POS and SaaS solutions . If you’re passionate about hospitality tech , project management , and delivering real impact for enterprise customers, we want to hear from you!

Your Role

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and enterprise clients

Deliver a white-glove, high-touch experience

Plan, coordinate, and execute  go-lives, on-site training, and support

Act as a  trusted product and technical advisor

Partner with  Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve escalations

Keep clients  engaged, satisfied, and transactional through proactive follow-ups

Maintain clear  implementation documentation and process guides

What We’re Looking For

Experience in B2B, client-facing roles

Background in hospitality, retail, or project management

Fluent in  Dutch (spoken & written), French is a plus

Strong  communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience with POS or SaaS platforms

Understanding of  SaaS customer lifecycle and sales processes
