What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in security engineering, security operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or cloud-native environments

Strong understanding of cloud security practices (AWS, GCP, or Azure), identity management, and secure software development lifecycles

Hands-on experience with security tooling (SIEM, EDR, IAM, vulnerability scanners, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance pragmatism and rigor in a fast-moving startup environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Bonus points for experience in incident response, penetration testing, public speaking or publishing papers

What you’ll do

Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise security requirements

Deploy and manage internal security tools and monitoring systems to protect our infrastructure, code, and data

Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling and recommend mitigations

Partner with product and engineering teams to embed security best practices into development and operations

Help define and execute incident response procedures to ensure we can detect, investigate, and respond effectively

Act as a foundational member of our security team, helping to shape the culture, standards, and reputation of Aisle in the cybersecurity community
