We are seeking seasoned Lean / Six Sigma experts, located in the EU or UK, to train AI systems focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to Lean methodology, Six Sigma practices, and process improvement

Evaluate the accuracy and practicality of AI recommendations for waste reduction, defect minimization, and workflow optimization

Develop and provide real-world scenarios and case studies from your Lean / Six Sigma experience

Generate scenario variations that address industry best practices, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation

Identify gaps, risks, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, delivering actionable, structured feedback

Guide AI systems to better understand, interpret, and apply Lean / Six Sigma principles

About You

Experienced Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on expertise in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Based in the EU or UK

Deep familiarity with Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and operational excellence standards

Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide structured, constructive feedback

Available 8–20 hours per week, comfortable with remote and asynchronous collaboration

These are regular project-based opportunities where the listed mission is the actual project you may work on.

2. AI Lab roles

For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.

The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings . AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
