Software Engineer - Performance Marketing

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Growth team . You'll work closely with the Growth team and play a key role in building high-impact playable ads by turning game mechanics into fast, engaging, and scalable interactive experiences.

Requirements

Experience with Unity and C# for mobile game development

Understanding of game mechanics and interactive experiences

Ability to build optimized, lightweight mobile content

Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and proactive mindset

Passion for mobile games and player-centric design

Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

Nice to have: Experience developing playable ads or working on performance marketing projects; familiarity with design tools

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and test interactive mechanics for playable ads

Build engaging, high-performing ad experiences for mobile campaigns

Iterate on playables to improve engagement and conversion

Optimize playables for performance, smoothness, and file size

Use A/B testing and data to improve ad performance

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout development

Stay up to date with trends and best practices in playable ads
