About the role

What You'll Do

Provide application support to clients via phone and email, utilising remote access technologies to diagnose and resolve issues.

Respond to "how to" queries, analyse and fix data issues, troubleshoot software faults, and address technical problems.

Schedule and manage software and system upgrades for clients.

Develop form and report customisations to meet client-specific needs.

Escalate complex technical issues to the Senior Technical Team with clear context and documentation.

Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.

What They're Looking For

Required

Minimum 2 years' experience supporting and/or implementing MYOB Acumatica or other ERP/accounting software — candidates without prior ERP support experience will not be considered.

Accounting or Business qualifications, or demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals and business processes.

Demonstrated experience with relational databases.

Demonstrated experience in report writing using Crystal Reports, MS Reports, or equivalent tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with MYOB Acumatica or other ERP systems in an implementation capacity.

Experience with payroll systems and processes.

Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment.

Experience with SQL Server, including advanced SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures.

Advanced report writing skills.
