About the role

What you will do

Contribute to the product vision and communicate it internally and externally.

Proactively conduct customer interviews and discovery sessions to deeply understand user pain points and needs, and validate new product hypotheses.

Research, clarify, and prioritize opportunities to build and maintain an effective roadmap.

Interact with our users and customers on our product forum to support them, integrate their feedback, and identify opportunities.

Develop a deep understanding of the needs of developers, team leads, managers, and executives.

Work closely with other product managers to design cross-product features.

Align with UX designers and engineering teams on the problems to solve, and support them throughout the end-to-end development of the solutions.

Sync with the engineering teams to ensure a good balance among innovation, consolidation, and stability.

Attend conferences and give talks if you like.

Help the Product Management team grow in its organization, tools, and processes.

Experience and qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with demonstrated success as a Senior-level individual contributor in B2B software/Saas products.

Passionate about programming and software development.

Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI tools in product development or workflow optimization.

Deep technical acumen, able to contribute to technical decisions.

Pragmatic mindset with the ability to zoom between big-picture strategy and operational roadmap.

Open, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change.

A positive, collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.

Leadership: You take initiative and demonstrate your ability to lead a subject from beginning to end.
