About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer with strong experience across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences . You will independently own projects from brief to final delivery, partner closely with stakeholders, and help craft high-quality visual and digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver branding, campaign, website, and digital design projects end-to-end.
Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, effective visual solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, present design directions, and iterate based on feedback.
Create high-quality marketing assets across digital, web, presentations, and campaign touchpoints.
Contribute to brand development, visual systems, and maintain design consistency across projects.
Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and development teams to drive project outcomes.
Explore and adopt AI-assisted workflows to improve design efficiency and creative output.
Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help raise overall team quality.
Skills
4+ years of experience in Visual Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design, or related fields.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital design work.
Experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.
Solid understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows (preferred).
Experience and Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience in Visual designing.
Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
Ability to solve problems independently and navigate ambiguity.
Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Strong attention to detail and execution quality.
Interest in design systems, digital experiences, and scalable design workflows.
