About the role

What You Will Do Daily:

You will guide enterprise AI and engineering teams across SEA & India on their journey to establish next-generation AI software factories, enabling them to trust and scale autonomous code generation by implementing the AC/DC framework. As a quota-carrying builder, your mandate:

Drive Enterprise Growth: Aggressively hunt net-new logos while partnering with our most significant existing clients to cross-sell and upsell our advanced portfolio, positioning them to successfully scale from localized pilots to full, organization-wide adoption.

Command Executive, AI, and Engineering Rooms: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals by building deep credibility with CxOs, CTOs, Heads of AI, VPs of Engineering, and procurement teams alike.

Evangelize the "AC/DC" Vision: Shift the customer mindset from viewing verification as an afterthought to deeply embedding algorithmic and agentic verification as part of the Guide, Verify, and Solve framework across the agentic, CI verification, and code maintenance loops.

Accelerate Speed to Value: Orchestrate high-impact Proof of Value (PoVs) that clearly quantify developer efficiency gains, improved token economics, and AI governance compliance - effectively shortening enterprise sales cycles for rapid wins.

Build the Ecosystem: Develop strategic relationships with key regional influencers, partners, and systems integrators to build durable competitive moats in the market.

The Experience You Will Need:

Business acumen - you think in terms of your client's top line, bottom line, and risk profile before you think about what you want to sell them.

Builder DNA - you have operated in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments where you derive satisfaction from building and making a difference.

Pattern recognition - you have seen enough enterprise sales cycles to know what works and what does not, and you apply that knowledge with intellectual humility, not arrogance.

Radical ownership - when things go wrong, your first instinct is to fix it, not explain it.

Hunger - not performative hustle. Real, internalised drive to win, to grow, and to make the people around you better.

Preferred Experience:

Technical fluency in AI, SDLC, or DevOps - enough to be credible with engineering and product leaders, not just C-suite.

Existing relationships across financial services, GLC, or digital native sectors in South East Asia and India.

Experience selling into regulated environments - you understand procurement, compliance, and the long game.

Have built AI or agentic workflows or skills to augment your day-to-day execution.
