About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital channels (email, paid media, SEO/SEM, content, partnerships, etc.)
Build scalable campaigns that drive qualified pipeline, not just activity
Partner with content and brand to activate thought leadership into measurable engagement
Own campaign planning, execution, and optimization across channels
Pipeline Development & Marketing Contribution
Partner closely with business teams to align marketing programs to priority growth areas
Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing programs that support pipeline development
Ensure strong alignment between marketing activity and downstream conversion
Establish clear definitions and processes around lead quality and handoff
Drive accountability across teams for timely lead follow-up and conversion
Analytics & Performance
Own performance tracking across campaigns and channels
Build and optimize dashboards to measure engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Continuously test and refine programs based on data and insights
Partner with marketing operations to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency
Qualifications & Experience:
8-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 5+ years directly owning demand generation programs, preferably within financial services or a related industry
Experience in wealth management, asset management, or alternative investments strongly preferred
Experience building or scaling demand generation programs targeting high-net-worth or institutional audiences is highly valued
Ideal candidates come from scaled wealth platforms, alternative asset managers, or high-growth RIAs where they have built or evolved a demand generation function
Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and business outcomes
Strong hands-on experience across digital channels and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
Deep understanding of funnel metrics, campaign performance, and optimization strategies
Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to translate strategy into execution
This is not a pure strategy role; we want someone who is equally comfortable executing and optimizing campaigns
Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across investment, client, and leadership teams in a relationship-driven organization
Proven ability to execute and deliver results – not just design demand generation programs
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take ownership of outcomes in a lean, fast-moving environment
