The Opportunity

The B2B Digital Marketing team is looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for one of Agoda's most strategic partnerships, owning the P&L, leading a team, and driving partnership strategy.

This partnership generates millions in annual revenue across multiple whitelabel brands serving millions of travelers globally.

This position sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and operational excellence — someone who can lead a team, shape marketing strategy, influence partnership direction, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and complex stakeholder management.

We're looking for a proven leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds clarity through frameworks, and can lead complex cross-functional initiatives with discipline and influence, earning strong stakeholder trust and executive confidence.

As a key player in the marketing and partnership ecosystem, you will work closely with partner marketing leadership, regional business development teams, and Agoda's commercial and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business priorities and contribute directly to revenue goals. You'll be responsible for end-to-end marketing leadership for the partnership.

Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) — keyword strategy, campaign structure, budget optimization

App Marketing (Google ACi, Apple ASA) — drive app adoption in key markets

Emerging Channels (SEO, email/CRM, customer marketing) — build new growth drivers

Advanced SQL for booking analysis and channel performance tracking

A/B testing and experimentation methodology with clear measurement frameworks

Marketing analytics including attribution modeling and incrementality measurement

Cross-Cultural Collaboration

Weekly syncs with partner marketing team

Joint planning and collaborative problem-solving

Navigate cultural nuances in partnership management

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 2-3 marketing specialists

Set team priorities and OKRs aligned to partnership goals

Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations

Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and accountability

2. Strategic Marketing Leadership & P&L Ownership

Set overall marketing strategy and influence ROI targets; optimize investment levels to ensure we hit partnership goals

Guide team on channel strategies and ensure execution excellence

Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership

Design experimentation roadmap to validate strategic hypotheses

Monitor channel health and guide team to drill into anomalies or opportunities

Oversee dashboard/reporting development and team analytics capability

3. Analytics Strategy & Insights

Define analytics roadmap and experimentation strategy for the team

Write SQL queries to answer strategic business questions and guide team on complex analysis

Guide team on measurement frameworks and experiment design

Synthesize insights into executive-ready recommendations with business impact quantification

Build team capability in analytics and experimentation

4. Strategic Planning & Executive Stakeholder Management

Develop annual marketing roadmap and quarterly plans aligned to partnership goals

Lead weekly syncs with partner marketing leadership

Present quarterly business reviews to Agoda leadership (Director/VP level)

Own the annual planning process and budget allocation across channels

Partner with Agoda's commercial and product teams on partnership optimization

Pitch strategic initiatives to partner executives and navigate differing viewpoints with influence and data

5. Program & Project Management

Lead large, multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end

Build detailed project plans with risk mitigation and milestone tracking

Establish governance cadence and reporting mechanisms

Ensure disciplined execution across markets and teams

Requirements

We're looking for candidates who demonstrate

1. Analytical & Technical Skills

SQL proficiency (daily usage for analysis; comfortable working with multiple tables and complex joins)

Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Comfort with marketing analytics tools (Google Ads, attribution platforms, dashboards)

Bonus: Experience with experimentation design and statistical analysis

7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles

2. Marketing Channel Knowledge

Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO)

Experience optimizing marketing campaigns toward ROI/profitability targets

Familiarity with attribution models and incrementality measurement

Background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics preferred

3. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

5+ years people management experience or demonstrated team leadership

Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix organization
