Senior Procurement Market Outreach and Analysis Expert

Position Summary

Conduct market intelligence, supplier mapping, outreach campaigns, competition analysis, procurement strategy support, and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical services in accordance with MCC requirements

Support international donor-funded procurements

Prepare reports, training materials, and recommendations

Travel internationally as required

Ensure compliance, quality, and stakeholder engagement
