Charles Hurst Belfast Lexus

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8.15–5pm, Friday 8.30–4. Saturday 9–1pm on a rota basis (1 in 4). OTE up to £40,600 including £32,000-£34,000 basic per annum + £6,600 bonus potential

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Level 3 Technician to join our growing team at Charles Hurst Lexus in Belfast. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to continue developing their technical skills. You’ll be supported by our Franchise Aftersales Manager Craig Montgomery, and benefit from ongoing training, including manufacturer‑accredited programmes and Hybrid & Electric vehicle training to help you progress your career. Our technicians play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and we want you to be part of our continued success. Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to Peugeot standards

Diagnose and resolve a range of mechanical and electrical faults

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and right first time

Prepare and quality‑check vehicles prior to customer handover

Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction

Skills and experience required

NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent

Strong mechanical skills

Confident using modern diagnostic tools and equipment

A proactive approach to learning and development

Full, clean driving licence
