What you'll be doing

Produce 2–4 videos per week, independently, about the main use-cases in BR at the moment (e.g. Travel, Wealth, Remote Work, new products).

Idea + script : generate the idea and script of the video.

Production: produce the content independently with very high quality, dopaminic and that looks organic (not like an ad).

Editing : handle all the editing of the video/assets delivered.

Stay on top of social media trends that can be used to generate new ideas / videos.

Deliver premium-quality visuals — ideally from a filmmaker or creator background.

Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creative pieces.

What you'll need

Proven experience creating video content (e.g. Content creator, Filmmaker, etc).

A portfolio showcasing organic or branded content with high production value.

Creativity, agility, and ability to produce independently.

Understanding of Brazilian digital cultur e (trends, humor, language, etc.).

Pre-production: very strong creating new ideas and scripts.

Production:

Can produce high quality content, independently.

Can execute different type of videos (UGC, Voice Over, Street Interviews, etc).

Post-production: Great editing that feels high quality, dopaminic and aesthetically pleasing.

Creative: able to produce creative videos, on a weekly basis.

Good to have:

Filmmaker: can produce with both camera and iPhone.

Scalable: Is able to scale the volume of videos and continue delivering at the highest quality by leading/hiring UGC creators and agencies.

Local insights: Has a clear understanding of the BR affluent user culture and behavior.
